Balanced Refrigeration System
The Universal UBDC36 36” refrigerated bakery display case includes a balanced refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of 36 – 43 degrees Fahrenheit. The bakery display case is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. The bakery case system is set to have a slightly higher than normal humidity level to keep your pastries moist and delicious.
Exterior Construction
This bakery display case is made for commercial usage, it is capable of withstanding commercial and industrial daily use. The 430 stainless steel exterior is easy to clean. The flush glass design provides a sleek, durable finish.
Interior Construction

Our bakery was redesigned and after a recommendation from our architect we got this bakery display case. It looks better in person then on the images. The quality is good, we’ve had it for 6 months-ish now and its working fine. I do think they could have brought this item inside but they did not.

Im a returning customer and the person i deal with here recommended this refrigerated bakery display case model, as i was in the market for one. This model arrived to by bakery about 6 months ago.I am very pleased with the design, and over all look of the bakery case. This bakery case is very sleek it does not take up much room. It works well just like you would expect it too, no refrigerating issues since day one. I am a returning customer and chances are i will be returning again, thank you!
