We placed an order for the Leader ESLM48 From Elite Restaurant Equipment 12 days ago. We never heard of Leader manufacturing before this purchase. We contacted Elite to better understand what type of brand they were. Elite offers a 5 year warranty on the compressor, and 1 year on parts and labor warranty. As far as we know that is industry standard. We currently have other commercial refrigeration made by True and the warranty was the same. Elite offered us free shipping and included lift gate service. We need lift gate service because we do not have access to a fork lift truck, or a loading dock since we are a sandwich retail business. The sandwich prep table is brand new as advertised and there were no scratches or dents. We are happy with the experience and will consider eliterestaurantequipment.com for any product needs.
