Heavy-Duty Construction

This glass froster / plate chiller is made for commercial food service use. The interior is made from aluminum and the exterior is constructed from durable stainless steel.

Balanced Refrigeration System

The Universal GF-25S 26” refrigerated glass froster / plate chiller includes a balanced 1/3 HP refrigeration system. It is programmed to keep a temperature range of -5 – 2 degrees Fahrenheit. The glass froster / plate chiller is on a defrost timer system, when it gets too hot the compressor turns on, and when it gets too cold the refrigeration system turns off. This model uses R290 refrigerant and a forced-air cooling system. This unit will effectively chill glasses and plates to the perfect temperature.

The 4.1 Cu. Ft. interior holds a sufficient amount of glasses and plates. The interior capacity compared to the overall size of the refrigerated froster is substantial.

Digital Temperature Controller

This refrigerated glass froster includes a digital thermostat controller. Easily adjust the temperature with this feature.

Insulation

This glass froster includes polyurethane insulation which effectively maintains interior temperatures by maximizing insulation efficiency.

Sliding Stainless Steel Top Door

This plate chiller includes a stainless steel top door that slides. The sliding construction allows easy access and the stainless steel material ensures maximum quality.
