Shipping and Delivery
First and foremost, Elite Restaurant Equipment offers free shipping on all orders over $149.00. In order to ensure everyday low prices, we ship all of our smallwares via UPS, Fedex or USPS depending on location and availability. If there is a problem with a respective carrier, please let us know prior to placing an order. All of our larger items are shipped via freight and we offer free freight on every order.
Liftgate Service: or an additional charge of $99.99 the freight company will lower the item from the truck right to your curb. You will be responsible for the merchandise once it is lowered to the ground. This is not necessary if you have a dock or forklift at the location.
Notify Prior Delivery: This is included with liftgate service, or is an additional $29.99 by itself, the carrier will call you to set up an appointment prior to the delivery being made.

Returns and Replacmeent
We offer returns on all of our items. There is a standard 20% restocking fee. Cancelled and Refused orders may result in additional fees. If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of round trip shipping and handling charges, plus any restocking fees. Should an item be damaged upon arrival please remember that we will replace it once a claim is filed. Insurance comes standard on all of our freight shipments.
