The Universal USPT60 60” mega top two door sandwich and salad prep table refrigerator provides plenty of room to assemble your culinary production. This 60” two door sandwich prep table is ideal for foodservice establishments. The mega top design holds more food pans than regular models. Generally users store vegetables, cheeses, meats, and other condiments in the food pans. This 60” two door sandwich prep table includes a cutting board, you’ll have plenty of room to assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads. The 4 built in casters makes the prep table easy to clean underneath the refrigerated prep table.
Mega Top Prep Area
This model sandwich prep table is capable of holding (24) 1/6 size food pans (sold separately), up to 6” deep. The food pans provide plenty of storage for sandwich and salad ingredients. You can mix and match for a custom layout. This refrigerated prep table can fit 1/4, 1/3, 1/2, and full size food pans. The mega top prep area extends your storage.
The Universal USPT60 60” sandwich prep table includes 8” deep cutting board. The smooth, durable surface is easy to clean and it crack proof. The cutting board is spacious, often used to assemble sandwiches, wraps, and salads.
This model sandwich prep refrigerator has self-closing, swing doors. The handles is recessed. The self-closing doors feature helps maintain cold temperature’s by not staying open.
The refrigerated base of this sandwich prep table is great for storing overstock ingredients. This sandwich prep table includes wire shelving. The base is located below the work area and is easily accessed by opening the doors. This model is programmed to keep temperatures below 41 degrees Fahrenheit. The refrigerated features an automatic defrost system which turns the compressor on when it gets too warm and turns the compressor off when it is too cool.

Everything is working great. Sandwich prep table is cooling properly, item arrived on time, design is good just as shown in product page. Only thing is i can't find the manual.

Good product. I needed a prep unit quickly, I got this in 1 business day shipped from Newark to me (I'm in Babylon NY) I really quality is good, not the best but good. Serves well for my sandwich shop.
