Belshaw by Unisource Electric Open Kettle Fryer [618L]

Belshaw's 600 series electric-heated Open Kettle Fryers are designed to efficiently produce high quality donuts. The heavy duty elements used by the 600 series are robust enough to withstand daily use for the entire life of the fryer. Space under the elements is reserved as a cool zone to avoid further heating of frying debris. The elements themselves tilt up to vertical to allow quicker cleaning after each shift. The kettle can be quickly removed for periodic cleaning outside the fryer. This product is 18" wide by 26" deep. The kettle, cabinet and tray are all made of Stainless Steel. The drain trays opens left or right, please specify which at the time of purchase. This also comes with adjustable bolt-down legs as well. Heavy duty elements tilt upwards for easy kettle cleanup and the temperature is controlled by a dial. Two nickel-plated donut frying screens with bolt-on heat dissipating handles. Alternatively, specify removable handles to allow screens to go into proofer. Compatible with SF18 Filter and EZMelt 18 Melter-Filter (both optional). The fryer has an exterior drain valve control as well.
