I very strongly recommend the Eliterestaurantequipment.com to any food service company of any size as a way of controlling or lowering costs, and to chefs and managers looking to highlight their ability as a purchasing agent. On the very rare occasion where there has been a mis-shipment or damage in transit, customer service has been extremely helpful and efficient in getting problems solved BEYOND my satisfaction!
If you have an established supply line that is not mandated by your corporate partners, I strongly suggest shopping against your existing vendors-I was able to save $1400 (vs. my existing supply chain) the first month I did that, and continually beat my supply budget even when all other budget group ( COGS, Produce, Beverage, labor) were going up!
As for the review of this Leader refrigerated pizza dough retarder table, it is MAGNIFICENT! I ordered 3 of these units and got a great discount when i called in to their offices. The unit serves its purpose and we cant run our kitchens properly without em'. (Posted on 7/10/13)
