I own a upper class fast food restaurant that serves Greek and New York Style food. We use this sandwich prep table for our Greek salad condiments and it works great. It's sturdy, easy to clean and the temperature holds great. The only reason why I didn't rate it outstanding because it's only a month old so we'll see how it holds up over the long haul.
