I had a specific unit in mind, but couldn't find it using the terms I tried in the search line. Since it was Saturday, contacting the company by phone was not an option. I made use of the "chat" window. Ben, from "chat," was wonderful. Not only did he find what I wanted, he provided a link for me in the "chat" window so I could go directly to the unit to look at it myself. He went "above and beyond" by adding links to other similar items that he thought I might want to see. I ended up going with this turbo air pizza prep table that was 94". I actually chose this unit he suggested rather than the unit i originally had in mind., Ben obviously knew the product line at ERE. My shopping experience was a pleasant one.
