haven't used the unit yet, but heard good things about it. The guys at Elite Equipment were so helpful it was a pleasure working with them. The rep I spoke to was extremely knowledgeable of ice machines and made it easy for me to purchase one. Thanks guys look forward to buying for stuff from you.
