the machine isn't bad at all just make sure to get an extra scoop because the plastic ones are flimsy. make sure to get a spec sheet for this unit because otherwise you'll have a tough time operating it!!! the good thing is that these guys were really helpful and helped me out with operating it over the phone. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days of delivery. Credit will be issued within 24-48 hours after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
