Standard ground shipping, and standard freight shipping is free on all orders over $149 when shipped within the USA. Shipping times within the United States range from 2-10 business days. $149 is based on merchandise total, before tax, discounts, shipping, packing, handling, or lift gate charges.
All shipments will be delivered curbside only. Delivery does not include inside delivery, un-crating or installation. If you need any of these extra shipping options please contact Elite Restaurant Equipment and a representative will gladly schedule any option you chose. Please make arrangements for unloading at your location. Please be prepared with personnel and, or equipment based on the type of delivery you are expecting. Lift gate service may include a "notify prior to delivery option" and will be arranged in advance for an additional fee.
If you or anyone other than Elite Restaurant Equipment personnel request services from the freight carrier, you will be responsible for any additional charges. Please contact us before adding any additional services.
If you need your package urgently, you can chose the overnight option or the 2nd day delivery option. When choosing an expedited shipping option an extra charge will be added to your order to full fill your urgency of receiving your order.
All shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other non-contiguous locations in other states requires a shipping quote and customer service approval before we can process the order. After placing your order, a shipping quote will be emailed to you for your approval. Once you have approved the shipping quote we will email you tracking information so you can track your package.
Elite Restaurant Equipment is able to deliver world wide. Please contact one of our specialist before placing an order outside of the United States for approval. Once you have placed your order outside the United States we will email you confirmation and tracking information.
Elite Restaurant Equipment typically ships USPS, FedEx, and UPS. We reserve the right to chose shipping method on all free shipments.
Lift gate service is used to elevate freight deliveries down from the truck, curbside. If you do not chose the lift gate option you will be responsible to unload the truck with personnel or machinery. Our staff recommends all freight deliveries add the lift gate option of an ease of unloading delivery. Consider choosing the lift gate option if your establishment does not have a dock or a fork lift. Lift gate service unloads your shipment to the curb, and is not inside delivery.
Inside delivery service is great for freight deliveries to businesses or residences that do not have a dock, fork lift, or extra personnel. For an additional charge your delivery will be placed inside your destination address, although will not be installed.
Re-delivery or Re-consignment will occur if the freight carrier attempts delivery and is unable to delivery for reasons that are within your control, redelivery fees may apply. If your shipment is in transit and there is a change of delivery address, new fees may apply.
Cancelled and Refused orders may result in additional fees. If you decide to cancel or refuse any part of your order after it has been shipped, please note that you will be responsible for the full amount of round trip shipping and handling charges, plus any restocking fees.
Insurance on Delivery is our number 1 priority. All of our deliveries are fully insured. If you recognize damage to your product on delivery please make a note to the delivering company and accept delivery. After accepting delivery please contact our specialist as we will immediately begin the insurance process. Once the process has begun (usually 1 business day) will will ship you out an additional item to replace the damaged unit you received.
