Like all CMA Dishmachine models, the upper and lower wash arms can be easily removed with a simple pull-pin. This machine also has an external scrap tray whose drawer pulls out for easy emptying. Additionally, this unit is configured to fit in the corner of a dish room, so, rather than the flow-of-operation being side-to-side, the dishes will go in the front and come out the side. This allows smaller dish rooms to better utilize the available space.
