Our tube-burner design offers superior performance over flat-bottom fryers by providing a cold zone under the fryer tubes. This cold zone collects deposits and ensures longer shortening life and higher quality donuts. Belshaw has leveraged its specialization in donut production to add design features that add value for our customers. Our "Controlled Combustion" burner tube technology leads the industry in gas efficiency, generating savings throughout the life of the fryer. Belshaw burner tube design generates savings by keeping more heat in the fryer kettle, not the exhaust. Tubes are stainless steel with cool-zone clearance. Electronic ignition is either 120V or 240V. Choose either natural gas or propane at time of purchase. If you require a changeover, a conversion kit is available from your distributor. Standing pilot model with no electricity required is also available (718LFG). Stainless steel kettle, cabinet and drain tray. Adjustable bolt-down legs. Drain tray opens left or right (specify at time of purchase). There are also 2 nickel-plated donut frying screens with bolt-on heat dissipating handles. Alternatively, specify removable handles to allow screens to go into proofer. This is compatible with SF18 Filter (filters and pumps back) and EZMelt 18 Melter-Filter (melts and filters).
